After more than 10 years in the insurance industry, Edgar Macias saw firsthand how many agencies focused on volume over relationships. As a captive agent for many years, he helped grow and scale a new agency from the ground up into a $1.4 million business within its first year through service, operational leadership, and long-term client relationships.
That experience shaped the vision behind FaithBridge: an independent agency built around guidance, responsiveness, and personalized protection for families and businesses across Northern Virginia.
Alongside him is Andrea Macias, COO of FaithBridge Insurance. Andrea brings more than 15 years of experience serving families throughout Fairfax County Public Schools as a Parent Liaison and community advocate. Her background in communication, support services, and relationship-building continues to shape the client experience at FaithBridge today.
Together, Edgar and Andrea built FaithBridge Insurance to combine modern service with genuine relationships — helping clients feel informed, supported, and protected through every stage of life.
